Prior to joining Seay HR, Marci led Makai HR, an award-winning HR organization in Honolulu, HI.

Tim is Co-Founder and Principal of Clover Lane Partners where he conducts practical and interactive workshops that help managers to develop professionally and positively impact their companies and offers presentations on leadership, culture, and customer service.
Tim began his career as a prosecutor then joined his father in laws growing business called Family Video. At that time, they had 35 video stores in 3 states.
Over the next twenty years Family Video expanded to over 750 stores across 21 states, with more than 10,000 employees and over 600 million dollars in commercial real estate. Tim grew too from learning how to run a town’s local video store to leading the entire people side, including the Payroll/HR Department, of a family owned business competing with national players.
Tim lives in the Chicago area and is a diehard Cubs fan.
